Yes. Your data is not uploaded to or stored in our database. The AI accesses your inputs locally during your session only. We do not use your business information to train models or share it with third parties.

The platform is built & maintained by LSS-certified engineers & program managers who design the frameworks the AI operates within. Day-to-day support is handled through our help centre &, for higher tiers, human chat support during business hours.

Credits are purchased inside your dashboard in packs of 5, 10, or 25. They never expire — use them when your business needs them, not on a schedule.

We accept all major credit & debit cards via Stripe. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your card details.

Credits are non-refundable once purchased. For subscriptions, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, contact us at hello@lumacore.pro & we will review your case.
