1. Introduction
These terms constitute a legal agreement between you & Lumacore Consulting Pte. Ltd. ("Lumacore," "we," or "us"). Your use of lumacore.pro (the "Site") & the services made available on the Site (the "Services") is subject to these Terms of Service (these "Terms"). By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, & agree to be bound by these Terms & our Privacy Policy.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity. Our registered office is located at: 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051.
2. Definitions
- "Business Blueprint" means our SOP Builder platform providing industrial-grade operating procedures.
- "Grant Compass" means our service for navigating & architecting government funding proposals.
- "Credits" means prepaid, non-refundable units used to access specific Service modules (e.g., 2 credits for Blueprint, 5 for Grant Compass).
- "Customer Data" means any content, code, or business data you input or generate through our Services.
- "Lumacore Materials" means all software, algorithms, templates, & methodologies developed by Lumacore.
3. License to Use Our Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes. This license terminates immediately if you violate these Terms.
4. License Restrictions
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to derive the system logic of our AI models; (b) use automated tools to scrape our data; (c) use the Services to generate harmful or infringing content; or (d) use our proprietary AI outputs to train competing models.
5. Billing & Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance. Credits are prepaid, non-refundable, & non-redeemable for cash. Unused credits may roll over depending on your plan tier. We rely on Stripe for secure payment processing. By purchasing Credits, you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to ours.
6. AI Use Disclaimer
The Services use artificial intelligence to generate business outputs. AI Output may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing & validating any AI Output before implementation. Lumacore does not guarantee that AI Output is error-free or suitable for critical safety or legal functions without human oversight.
7. Ownership
Your Rights: You own your Customer Data & the specific SOPs/Blueprints generated for you.
Our Rights: We own the Platform, the hex-wireframe technology, the underlying AI logic, & all Usage Data (telemetry & performance metrics).
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SINGAPORE LAW, LUMACORE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
