Credits are purchased inside your dashboard in packs of 5, 10, or 25. They never expire — use them when your business needs them, not on a schedule.

We accept all major credit & debit cards via Stripe. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your card details.

Credits are non-refundable once purchased. For subscriptions, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, contact us at hello@lumacore.pro & we will review your case.

Yes. Email hello@lumacore.pro with the subject line "Delete my data" from your registered email address. We will confirm deletion & purge your data within 24 working hours.
